Baby Boot Camp Delivers Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness and Nutrition Programs for Moms. www.babybootcamp.com 225.788.1200
Born out of necessity, Baby Boot Camp arrived shortly after Kristen Horler's first child in August 2001. Horler searched the San Francisco Bay Area for a postnatal fitness class.
After extensive research, Horler was unable to find a challenging workout that didn't require hiring a personal trainer and a babysitter or purchasing a gym membership.
Drawing from over ten years of fitness experience Horler developed Baby Boot Camp to balance the fitness needs of new moms with their desire to spend time with their children.
This innovative fitness program helps moms regain or enhance pre-pregnancy fitness levels and meet the physical challenges of parenting by emphasizing strength training in a supportive environment.
Today, Baby Boot Camp classes are available across the United States, Bermuda and coming soon to Switzerland. Franchise opportunities are available throughout the U.S. and abroad.
Baby Boot Camp strives to:
•Enhance the lives of mothers and their children through safe and effective fitness classes
